Join us via zoom or on catch up after the class at a time that suits you best for Pilates with bands. You could use tights or something similar if you don’t have bands.

Bands are a great way to add resistance to movements we already use in Pilates. Using fabric and/or resistance bands to challenge your body.

Always work at your own level and ability and that may mean you leave the bands to the side for certain exercises.
