What to Expect at your first class

What to expect at your first class
Please arrive 10minutes before class is due to start.
You will always receive a warm welcome for myself and the participants and wear comfortable workout clothing and footwear (bare feet/Pilates socks for Pilates, trainers for other classes) and bring water and equipment you need (mat for Pilates and on our WhatsApp/Newsletter I will let you know of any other equipment needed).

I will have a chat with you to let you know the class format and answer any questions that you may have.
You should always work at your own pace in class and I will always give different levels that you can work from.
Most importantly, enjoy the class and have fun!
