Seated Fitness

This 45 minute class is ideal for those who want to keep fit but also like the comfort of standing at a chair or would like to stay seated or do a bit of both throughout the session.

You work at your pace and level and stand or sit as you need to.

Work at improving your balance, strength and posture as well as making everyday tasks and activities easier to do.

  • Improve circulation
  • Increase joint stability and mobility
  • Improve coordination
  • Reduce risk of falls
