This class is an online class you can access live via zoom, camera on or off or via catch up.
Working on the basics of Pilates you are encouraged to work at your own pace and level from the comfort of your own home. No need to worry about parking or any of the hassles going out to a class and if the time doesn’t suit, do it when it does!
You will learn to:
- Improve your posture
- increase muscular balance and strength
- improve core and back
- Better quality of movement
- improved body awareness
- Relieve stress and anxiety
