Zumba is popular with all ages. I have girls in their 20’s right up to a sprite young lady who is 70 something who come along for a really fun class that has great music. It really doesn’t matter if you have never tried zumba before you just need to bring your smile!
We start with a warm up to regular music before we move on to the likes of merengue, salsa, flamenco and more. It’s like joining a party!
Expect to get warm and sweaty. The different music speed of each tune works you like interval training but it never feels like a workout and the time flies by! Some songs are slower so you get bit more of a rest and others are faster giving you more of a workout. People worry about not having any coordination but it really doesn’t matter, each song uses different moves but you just follow me throughout.

What you need and wear to classes:
In this class you might get hot and sweaty so wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes or trainers. You might want to bring a small towel and definitely a drink to stay hydrated throughout the session.
