Well join us for Legs, Bums & Tums

 

This class is either an interval session interspersed with short rests in between or a continuous session.

This no equipment class has been designed for a small space, all you need is a mat or towel for the floor.

Modifications are given throughout to allow you to workout at your own level as you tighten and strengthen.

Join me 10am Tuesday’s online so you can do this in the comfort of your own home as a live session via zoom or Facebook or as catch up.

The session changes weekly so your body is challenged to avoid boredom and reaching a plateaux.

What you need and wear to classes:

Wear comfortable clothing, a drink to stay hydrated throughout the session and a mat.
